Beating a Retreat

On Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 February, 2007, our director Loretta Chen dug into her own pockets and booked a chalet at Changi Sailing Club.

Yep. Have just finished 251 Draft 3. We'll see how the reading goes on Friday. (Shudder).

It's good stuff, I'm just naturally paranoid.

In other news, the reading at Kino was a nightmare. I designed my reading as a sit-down event, and everyone milling all over the place just didn't go together with the mix of voices I'd created. Was also kinda tired. Thanks to those of you who came, though.
